what you will receive:

■ the watermarked commission will be uploaded to my deviantART gallery, with the owner(s) of the character(s) tagged in the description 
■ you will receive a watermarked version until you send payment 
■ you will receive the unwatermarked version after payment has been sent 

terms:

1. It may take some time to receive your completed commission. Keep this in mind when commissioning me.
   
2. Commissioned pieces are for non-commercial use only. If you use it on your profile page, please credit me!
   
3. I own the commissioned piece, and have all rights to it; however, you have rights to the characters used given that they are your own and will be credited as such.
   
4. Commissioning me means you are in agreement with the terms and cancellation policy.
   
5. The commissioner pays the paypal transaction fee in the case of a paypal commission.
   
6. Commissions are not first come first serve.
   
7. My art style is subject to change and prices will change accordingly.
   
8. Please note me if you'd like to request a commission; I will not respond to comments on this journal.
   
9. I will not draw: furries, mecha, mature content (hentai, yaoi, yuri, etc.), pokemon, intense blood/gore, or animals (gijinkas -- ears & tail -- are fine)
   
10. I may decline the commission if I feel uncomfortable doing it.
11. Please save your completed commission. I cannot guarantee I will have the original file if it is not in my deviantART gallery.
    
12. If you would like to see a work in progress shot, let me know!
    

cancellation policy:

1. There are no cancellations unless there is a legitimate reason. Be sure that you want to commission me before you request; if I have not started your commission, you will get a 100% refund.
   
2. If I have started lining, you will have to pay half of the commissioned price.
3. If I have started colouring, you will have to pay 70% of the commissioned price.
